These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ecobet platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By using ecobet, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms

ecobet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.
3. Account Registration & Verification
Registration Requirements
To access the full range of ecobet features, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The registration form requires, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, and your date of birth. All information submitted during registration must truthfully represent your real identity.
ecobet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Upon registration, or at any point thereafter — particularly before processing a withdrawal — ecobet may request one or more of the following documents:

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ecobet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. ecobet cannot be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ecobet. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ecobet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses credited to those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Supported Payment Methods
ecobet supports a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ecobet does not accept cash deposits or any form of cryptocurrency.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your ecobet account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- ecobet does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees levied by your mobile money provider or bank are the responsibility of the player.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
- ecobet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
- Processing times for mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically between 5 and 30 minutes once the withdrawal request has been approved by ecobet's finance team.
- Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
- Your KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts are not eligible for withdrawals.
- ecobet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.
Currency
All transactions on ecobet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ecobet does not offer multi-currency accounts. All account balances, bonus amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are denominated in BDT.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. You must complete the required wagering within the validity period specified for that promotion; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Promotion Changes
ecobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively affect wagering already completed in good faith. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules
Game Integrity

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ecobet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited where applicable, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith after using deposited funds is considered fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or multiplayer table games, is prohibited.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, software exploits, or any automated system to interact with ecobet's games or sportsbook is strictly forbidden.
- Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or providing false information to claim bonuses more than once.
- Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across markets for guaranteed profit with no genuine risk exposure.
- Money Laundering: Using the ecobet platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
- Underage Gambling: Any attempt by a person under the age of 18 to register or use ecobet, or any attempt by an adult to facilitate underage access.
- Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed toward ecobet staff or other players via any support channel.
8. Account Suspension & Closure

ecobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information during registration, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance — including winnings derived from regular play using real-money deposits — may be withheld pending investigation. Balances derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited. ecobet will communicate its findings and any applicable refund within a reasonable timeframe.
Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ecobet support via live chat or email. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, you may also activate a self-exclusion period (temporary or permanent) through your account settings or by contacting support. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). ecobet will notify you at your registered email address before applying any dormancy-related balance adjustments. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required reverification steps.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ecobet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms
